Policies & Procedures

Attendance

Regular attendance supports student success and participation in collaborative activities.

• Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared to participate.

• Parents should notify the pod as soon as possible if a student will be absent.

• Make-up classes are not available for missed days.

• Tuition remains the same regardless of absences.

Arrival & Dismissal

Drop-Off

• Students may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

• Parents are responsible for ensuring students are safely checked in.

Pick-Up

• Students must be picked up promptly at the end of the program day.

• Authorized adults listed on enrollment forms may pick up students.

• Parents should notify staff in advance if someone other than a listed contact will be picking up their child.

Health & Illness Policy

To help maintain a healthy learning environment, students should remain home if they have:

• Fever within the previous 24 hours

• Vomiting or diarrhea within the previous 24 hours

• Contagious illness

• Severe cough or flu-like symptoms

Students may return when they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours without fever-reducing medication.

Student Expectations

Students are expected to:

• Respect instructors and peers

• Participate in activities

• Follow safety guidelines

• Contribute positively to the learning environment

Tuition Policy

• Registration reserves a student's space in the program

• Tuition is due by the 1st of each month (Fall-Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec; Spring- Feb, Mar, Apr, May) 

• Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee

• Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services 

Refund Policy

• Tuition is not refunded for student absences

• If a family withdraws from the program, written notice is required at least 30 days in advance
